Associate Attorney

Errin E. Camner is an associate attorney at Golden Law and has 20 years’ experience as a lawyer.  Ms. Camner focuses her practice on civil litigation, including real estate, probate, and construction litigation; tax disputes; and commercial collections.

Ms. Camner received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her law degree from Boston University School of Law.  She then obtained her Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Miami School of law.

Ms. Camner began her legal career as an attorney for the Internal Revenue Service, District Counsel’s office in Miami, Florida, representing the IRS in Tax Court litigation and in Bankruptcy Court.  She then worked with a group of attorneys serving as general counsel to a large, public financial institution. In that role, she was principally involved in general banking matters; corporate governance issues; SEC and banking regulatory matters; and tax compliance issues concerning employee compensation, stock compensation, and incentive and deferred compensation.  She also advised on general business operations, SEC filings, and human capital matters.

For the six years prior to coming to the firm, Ms. Camner handled financial services litigation, including creditor’s rights litigation, title issues, and tenant and association issues.  Ms. Camner then joined the firm in 2016 where she has had the opportunity to integrate many of the areas of law in which she previously practiced.

Ms. Camner is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and in the United States District Courts for the Southern District and the Middle District of Florida.  She is also a member of the Broward County Bar Association.

Ms. Camner is a member of the University of Miami President’s Council.  She is an avid fan and regularly attends UM sporting events.
