Brandon D. Cole is an associate attorney at Golden Law and has six years’ experience at a lawyer. Mr. Cole focuses his practice on civil litigation, including business, personal tort, real estate, and probate litigation.

Mr. Cole received his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from West Virginia University with dual majors in Psychology and Philosophy. He then received his law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law where he was a Senior Notes Editor for the West Virginia Law Review, the President of the Marlyn E. Lugar Trial Association, and a member of the school’s United States Supreme Court Clinic. 

Mr. Cole began his legal career as an attorney for a personal injury firm in Clarksburg, West Virginia, where he represented plaintiffs in various types of civil litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death actions, insurance coverage disputes, and first-party insurance bad faith claims. Additionally, Mr. Cole has defended companies in arbitration concerning real property rights, and he has researched and drafted title opinions concerning real property ownership interests. 

Since joining the firm in 2019, Mr. Cole has practiced extensively in all aspects of corporate, business, construction, and probate litigation. He has also had experience with land use rights, Building Code violations, construction contacts, and estate administration.

Mr. Cole is licensed to practice in the State of Florida, the State of West Virginia, and the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.
